Wolf-Haus was founded by Scott Wolf, a construction professional with over 24 years of industry experience that includes, but is not limited to: excavation, utilities, concrete, framing, structural steel and metal fabrications, commercial, public works, and residential projects ranging from $500K to $50M in value. Scott Wolf has held the positions of Project Engineer, Project Manager, Superintendent, Estimator, and Vice-President. He is a Certified Professional Estimator through ASPE. He has achieved a Bachelors of Science in Finance from St. Mary's College of California, as well as extended education in the Construction Management Program at CSU Hayward, California. Scott has personally built and remodeled several of his own properties, in addition to building award winning custom homes in Bend, which have been showcased in the region’s “Tour of Homes,” prior to founding Wolf-Haus. An original native of Northern California and residing and building in Central Oregon for nearly a decade, he has personally experienced the challenges that new residents of Central Oregon will face, whether it’s deciding to purchase land and build their dream home from the ground up, or purchasing an existing home and completing an extensive addition and remodel. Scott is ready to sit down and help guide clients through the most cost effective and streamlined approach to building their vision, and ultimately maximizing their value and equity in the project upon completion.
